have a little Miku in your website if you'd like! pretty much plays like a regular Gen 1 tama with some liberties taken.

- MAJOR UPDATE 8/27/26: improved and fixed a few bugs here and there, hopefully individual instances now reflect whatever stats the webmaster has achieved regardless of who visits. also, fixed the reset button. also added the option to now change your tama's appearance directly in your instance's dashboard!
- MAJOR UPDATE 8/11/26: added the ability to change the pet to something else you want! yes, you can also change the shell as well! you can also reset the pet if you'd like to start anew, otherwise when you add the widget to your site your pet will age in real time and retain it's age even if you refresh.
- ALSO: please ignore the "appearance" setting when you make an instance, i kinda effed it up a bit so don't touch that. all your customizing will be in the iframe code.
feel free to leave a review and suggestions for what i should add next! and please read the instructions for installation thoroughly before making a review, and report any issues to my email ([email protected])

After fiddling with it a bit more, as well as customizing it, I think it's a pretty cool vpet widget, and would be a neat alternative to GIFYpet if you want more interactivity. Adding a custom shell is a bit annoying though since the original image was offcentered and I rely on symmetry for the custom shell to fit well with the screen. Also, the right-left game should add some more challenge because so far it seems a bit too easy. Original review: Did something happen to this widget? I tried to make it work on both Neocities and Nekoweb, but the pet never shows up. Edit: I simply copypasted the widget embed onto both my Neocities website and also on codepen along with the script needed for all widgetstar widgets to work (My site already has it in the code). I thought the issue was that "id" is misspelled "iid", but fixing it led to an "instance not found" error. This happens with the customizable version too. Edit 2: Strangely, it does have an id (6353). It still refuses to show up despite that. https://comettehouse.neocities.org/ This website's also already connected to kicya. Edit 3: Yes that seems to be the issue I was having. The copypaste embed didn't include the height/width stuff at all, which led to the confusion. Thanks for the help.
can we have a way to like customize the widget if we don't want it to be hatsune miku but instead our own characters
