Neko Cursor Buddy

Use copy source button to insert and modify widget, I haven't figured out how to make configs work from widget star just yet

This is a slightly modified implementation from https://github.com/adryd325/oneko.js

This version allows the code to be portable (Embedded into the page HTML itself, useful for sites like blogger) and is by default set with a Base64 encoded image of the sprite sheet, which can easily be replaced for either a file or another sprite sheet.

However this version also functions like the original, in that it can be loaded via standard script links, you get to choose!
